Cestria Community Housing

We are very pleased to announce that we have been chosen by Cestria Community Housing (the organisation responsible for the management of Chester le Street District Council's  Housing Stock) to carry out the Renewal and Upgrading of the Central Heating Systems to their entire Housing Stock. 

This award is subject to satisfactory transfer of the stock which is expected in February 2008

We are extremely honoured to be chosen by Cestria Community Housing as the sole Partner to carry out this work, which is valued at close to £10,000,000

Internet Cafe and Kitchen at Sunningdale School

Our latest Project was the alteration to an existing Classroom to form an "Internet Cafe" and an adjacent fully fitted Kitchen.

This Kitchen, whilst providing the obvious Cooking and Washing Facilities to the School Staff and visiting Parents, will also be used as an invaluable aid to teaching the children how a modern Kitchen works.

The Project was carried out during the School Term and involved working with the Staff to minimise any disruption.

Brandon is over the moon

Last year we completed the Improvements to over 120 houses and Bungalows at Gillas Lane, Houghton le Spring as part of our successful Partnership with Sunderland Housing Group.

11 year old Brandon lived in one of the modernised properties, with his parents and sister On completion of the works he declared himself “over the moon” with the new look to his bungalow. As well as this they were really pleased with the manner in which the potentially disruptive works to the bungalow were carried out with the minimum fuss to Brandon and his family.
