As a result we have over the years built up an excellent portfolio of Clients; listed below are just a few examples :-
We were one of the Major Contracting Partners with
Sunderland Housing Group helping them meet the Decent Homes Standard
in their 30,000 plus Homes.
Since the Stock Transfer of 2001 we
modernised over 2,000 of their properties throughout Sunderland, at a
value of over £20,000,000.
This work primarily involved renewal of
Kitchens and Bathrooms, new Internal Doors and Full or Partial
Electrical Rewiring. Obsolete or Solid Fuel Heating systems have been
upgraded or replaced by us, either as part of the Modernisation
Programme or as a separate contract.
Since the conclusion of this 5 year Partnership last year, we have continued to work very successfully on Internal and External Modernisation schemes with Sunderland Housing Group in their newly branded identity as Gentoo
We continue working with
DAMHA on a 3
year Partnership involving the Renewal of Kitchens and Bathrooms, together
with upgrading of the Central Heating Systems to their Housing Stock
throughout the North East
